It sounds cliché, but we believe that you deserve to get what you pay for. Many management companies offer "full service," but the truth is that much of the work relies on the board and the board does not save as much time as they hoped.

At Numerus, we provide HOA accounting and remote HOA management for homeowner and condominium associations. By using Numerus, associations can reduce their overhead expenses and allow the board to reallocate those savings into reserves or other budget items.

Our HOA accounting services include:

• Assessment collections and delinquency notices

• Accounts payable administration

• Monthly and annual financial reporting

• Tax preparation (or coordination)

• 1099 preparation for vendors

Our remote HOA management and back office support services include:

• Community notices

• Responding to resident requests and forwarding requests to the board as necessary

• Resale preparation and coordination

• Bid solicitation and project management

• Insurance bidding
