Remote HOA Management
Back-office solutions and administrative support to maximize your time and reduce your costs.
Remote Management and Back Office Support
Numerus provides a unique approach to homeowner association management. Where most companies provide a "full service" approach, Numerus provides a hybrid approach that blends bookkeeping with administrative support, which allows the board to focus on the community upkeep and running the association.
We also provide homeowners with a range of options to receive support including a self-service web portal, online forms, and a tracked ticketing system to ensure no request goes unanswered.
Our administrative services include:
Contract review and consulting
Bid management and solicitation
Delivery of notices and citation letters via mail and/or email
Processing estoppels / closing requests
Coordinating ARC/ACC applications as needed
Board consulting
Some companies falsely claim they provide other services, but then tell the board they only provide accounting. In fact, one of our competitors makes misleading claims on their website to make it appear that they provide insurance services, legal services, collections services, and even fair housing compliance. However, in practice, they are neither licensed or qualified to provide those services and tell their customers they only provide accounting services.
At Numerus, our goal is to be up front and transparent. We understand that not every association will be a good fit for what we provide. However, we can help with many situations and often save the association thousands of dollars each year compared to a local management company.
Generally speaking, Numerus should strongly be considered if:
The association has a limited budget or does not have amenities (like a pool) to maintain
The association is self managed and has not previously budgeted for professional management
The association is obtaining a loan and the bank requires a 3rd party to manage the finances
The board has the bandwidth to self-manage the association, but wants to limit their financial liability
Communities with a full service company that are facing budget constraints and need to control costs
The association employs an onsite manager or staff but want to outsource the bookkeeping to a 3rd party
