Over the years, we've had countless board members tell us that they have a full service company that takes care of the books, and don't do much else. At Numerus, we provide true remote management and financial services for homeowner and condominium associations.

We also realize there are situations where a board doesn't need a complete back-office solution. Sometimes you may just need a guiding hand or have some questions and need sound advice. With two decades of managing associations from 4 units to over 1,500 homes, we can provide your board with sound guidance and advice.

We also understand that every association and every board works differently. While there are some standards operating procedures we require for compliance we can offer custom solutions to meet your needs.
